1. Agreement
By creating an account or purchasing a license on aiquorix.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The product
We sell time-limited or lifetime licenses to use our MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor software ("EA"). The EA requires a valid license and periodic online validation against our license server to operate. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run the EA on the number of MT5 accounts/machines permitted by your plan.
3. License rules
Licenses bind to one MT5 account and one machine on first activation. You must not share, resell, sublicense, decompile, reverse-engineer, patch or otherwise tamper with the EA or its license mechanism, nor attempt to spoof, replay or forge license server traffic. Violations result in immediate license termination without refund.
4. Payments
Payment is accepted exclusively in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). You are responsible for sending the exact amount to the correct address; blockchain transactions are irreversible. Orders unpaid within the checkout window expire automatically. Licenses are issued after manual payment verification.
5. Expiry, suspension and termination
When a license expires the EA stops trading automatically. We may suspend or terminate licenses for breach of these Terms, fraud or chargeback-equivalent behaviour (e.g. false payment claims). Administrative suspension takes effect at the next license validation, typically within 15 minutes.
6. Risk disclaimer
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all invested capital. The EA is a software tool, not investment advice. Past performance, backtests and demonstrations do not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions, account configuration and risk settings. We are not a broker, fund manager or financial advisor.
7. Availability
We target continuous availability of the license server but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The EA tolerates short outages via its built-in grace mechanism. We are not liable for losses caused by hosting failures, blockchain congestion, broker issues or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including trading losses and lost profits.
9. Changes
We may amend these Terms with notice on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
