1. Who we are

AIQuorix ("we", "us") operates aiquorix.com, a platform that sells and licenses MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor software. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data required to operate the service:

Account data — your name, email address, country, WhatsApp number and a hashed password. Order data — plan purchased, USDT amount, the transaction hash you provide and the payment screenshot you upload. License data — your license key, the MT5 account number and a machine fingerprint the EA binds to, plus validation timestamps and IP addresses. Security data — login attempts, IP addresses and user-agent strings kept in security logs. Support data — the content of tickets and contact messages you send us.

3. What we never collect

We never receive or store your wallet private keys, seed phrases, exchange credentials, MT5 investor or master passwords, or trading history. License validation transmits only your license key, MT5 account number and machine fingerprint.

4. How we use data

To create and manage your account, verify payments, issue and validate licenses, deliver downloads, provide support, send transactional notifications (order status, license expiry) and protect the platform against fraud and abuse. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing email without consent.

5. Legal basis and retention

We process data to perform our contract with you and for our legitimate interest in securing the service. Account and license records are kept for as long as your account exists; security and API logs are retained for up to 12 months; payment screenshots are retained for as long as needed to evidence the transaction.

6. Sharing

Data is shared only with our hosting provider (Hostinger) as processor, and with authorities where the law requires it. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers run on this site.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm, all traffic runs over HTTPS, license API traffic is HMAC-signed, downloads are token-protected, and administrative actions are audit-logged.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact form or a support ticket. Deleting your account terminates active licenses.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
