Refund Policy

1. Digital delivery

Our products are digital software licenses delivered instantly upon payment verification. Once a license key has been issued and the download unlocked, the product is considered fully delivered.

2. All sales final after issuance

Because a delivered license and EA file cannot be "returned", all sales are final once the license has been issued. We encourage you to read the feature list, FAQ and licensing documentation, and to ask pre-sales questions via the contact form before purchasing.

3. Cases we do refund

We will refund in USDT (TRC20), minus network fees, in these situations:

Duplicate payment — you accidentally paid the same order twice. Order never fulfilled — you paid the exact amount within the window but no license was issued within 72 hours and support cannot resolve it. Verified technical failure — the EA cannot be activated on a supported setup due to a fault on our side that support cannot fix within 7 days of your report.

4. Cases we do not refund

Trading losses or dissatisfaction with trading results; change of mind after license issuance; sending the wrong amount, using the wrong network, or sending to the wrong address; broker-side restrictions or VPS misconfiguration; license termination caused by a breach of the Terms of Service.

5. How to request

Open a support ticket from your dashboard within 14 days of payment, including your order number and transaction hash. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days to the TRC20 address the payment originated from.
